- 1 / 5By Jakob ManleyI have gone to this BK multiple times and Everytime I have gone I have had to go back and have them fix it. When you go back they don't apologize or anything. Just get you your food and on your way again. Today was the fourth time I have gone back for them to fix a mistake. I'm almost ready to throw in the towel and give up on them. This place has some of the worst people I have ever met in a customer service job. I would almost rather drive back down to Shea and get Mcdonalds for lunch. Please start paying attention and get the order right the first time.
